Following are security developments in Pakistan at 0600 GMT on Monday:
BANNU - A suicide bomber rammed a truck into a security checkpost in the northwestern town of Bannu on Monday, wounding 13 people including policemen, police said.
SOUTH WAZIRISTAN - A blast hit a vehicle carrying Taliban insurgents near the Afghan border, killing a militant, said a government official in the South Waziristan region on the border. A rival Taliban faction was believed to be responsible.
