One not so exiting day did after all bring us some interesting photographs to bring a smile on people’s faces.

Today’s day in photos brings us photographs of tiger cubs playing in a Scottish nature park. Along with such a cheerful image, we have another, not so cheerful one, which is protests in America. The Americans organised a rally advocating the use of condoms in adult films.

The sombre photos of members of paramilitary troops keeping guard in the rain in Beijing warn us that  not everything is so joyous.

A U.S. Air Force's F-22 Raptor prepares to take off at Kadena U.S. Air Force Base on Japan's southwestern island of Okinawa while at the same time Miss California Tami Farrell poses at the premiere of the movie `Surveillance` at the Landmark theatre in Los Angeles.

The global crisis has forced the workers of Ssangyong Motor labour union keep watch at its main plant in South Korea.

In the meantime, A worker walks on stacks of oil palm fruits at a palm oil factory in Sepang, outside Kuala Lumpur
