I really hope Peru hops on board with the US to do some earthquake precursor research. They definitely are in the ring of fire that seems to shake, rattle and roll more than other areas of our world. QuakeFinder in California is doing some amazing research into electromagnetic pre-detection of quakes. With more ground sensors I am sure their work would advance even more rapidly and one day we could have an earthquake warning system similar to Hurricane tracking systems (www.quakefinder.com)
