A violator has sexually assaulted a 4-year-old girl in front of an Adelaide museum, Australia, as her father was not looking, Australian News writes.

Police inspector Mark Trenwith said that the assault lasted little less than two minutes.

- It was all over before he had even realised something had happened - the detective explained the situation. He added that what was shocking is that the assault took place in broad daylight.

- But it is a reminder to parents of little children that there are predators out there who, unfortunately, will behave in a despicable way – the inspector concluded.

The man walked in the museum several minutes before the incident and it is assumed that surveillance cameras caught him. Police are comparing the footage with photos of sex offenders.
