A teen from Hattingen, Germany, found her entire family dead upon returning from school. The girl found the bodies of her mother, 10-year-old sister and step-father in their basement on Tuesday at 14 hours.
The girl and her mother suffered stab wounds to the chest and back. It is assumed that the step-father committed the crime and that jealousy was his motive.
Friends of the unfortunate family said that the woman was exchanging messages with her lover, whom she knew since their pre-school days. Her husband found out about the messages and this was his trigger. A friend of the family said the man was left by his first wife because he was overly jealous.
The police identified the murdered family and 51-year-old Michael M., his wife 39-year-old Brigit M. and their 10-year-old daughter Milina M.
