Clintons’ Cat Socks Dies

Socks the cat, the pet of the Clinton family, who lived with them in the White House while Bill Clinton was president, has died. 

Socks the cat lived with Betty Currie, Bill Clinton’s secretary who lived in Hollywood since 2001 because he did not get along with the Clintons’ dog Buddy and because of Bill Clinton’s allergies.

Currie said she was heart-broken over the death of the cat that lived to the age of 18.
