LONDON ZOO
FEBRUARY 2 2009 21:47h
While some animals quickly hid in their enclosures, the penguins were thrilled and walked around the ZOO, enjoying the snow.
Animals at the London ZOO have adapted to the winter, so those with warmer fur or feathers walked about on the snow completely relaxed, while others found shelter in their enclosures.
Emus, llamas and kangaroos seemed to love walking around in the snow and the penguins, whose natural habitat is on the South Pole and are known for adapting to living on land, showed off their synchronised tapping on the snow.
