Video“The September Issue” follows Anna Wintour’s preparations and her staff in the American Vogue’s office.
The long expected documentary “September Issue” that follows the preparations of journalists and Anne Wintour in the office of the American Vogue, saw the light of day last week at the Sundance Film Festival. The story on the iron lady and Vogue, the magazine that is the imperative in the world of fashion, was filmed last year by A&E Indie Films, and the director of the documentary is R.J. Cutler, who monitored the preparations for the spring issue of the magazine in 2007, and had the full support of Anna Wintour and her staff. At the premiere, she said that it was hard for her to watch herself in the documentary.
“It's hard to look at yourself when you're used to being on the other end of the camera” said Wintour for Usmagazine.com.
