Sometimes, trend followers and heated addicts of fashion magazine tips can get lost in a sea of fresh trendy dictates that come straight from the scorching runway. Whom to blame? Reporters who implement the trend dictate through the media, according to season announcements from the catwalk and supply from shops?

Only consumers can move along the wrong path, as the fashion industry jumps the gravy train. Moreover, if silky, tight-waist dresses were launched as the ultimate hit two seasons in a row, by the end of that second season, you would probably conclude that you already own one just like it and you would surely not but another one. Who is the loser here? By all means, it`s not you, but the manufacturer and the retail store. This is why they will launch a nice baby doll dress the next season, which, let me guess, you don`t have. Before reaching deep into your pocket, wonder: Do you need it at all? “Of course I need it” Everyone has it!” – you`ll fire away.

Mass suggestibility and the desire for other to accept us make up think we are less worthy if we don`t follow the masses and if we single ourselves out. This is probably a large shell, a large mould where insecure people hide to remain unnoticed. Just so that we can confirm the old saying, the clothes make the man. Someone else does not need to choose for a man who knows what he wants. In the end, if your clothes are a necessity, why not turn them into a personal banner?

The greatest and most creative masters of the craft create with their hearts and not brains. And, most likely, they are just like those hearted people with empty wallets. I should not forget to mention that Txell has rebelled against the season`s course of the fashion industry and announced presentations of her collections just once a year. Even Rei Kawakubo, famous for not wanting applause and the audience`s confirmation after her fashion shows – she shuns cameras and hides behind the results of her work.
