PHOTO:Cold can’t stop stylish girls from being fab

It seems that the girls from Cvjetni Square won a most definite victory over girls in Tkalcic Street this Saturday. In spite the fact that some of the Cvjetni Square girls wore fur - which is unforgivable – they still looked more polished, elegant and original.

We loved girls dressed in leather, ‘Goth Princesses’ and a couple of girls who wore asymmetrical designs.

Even though cold weather is never a good time for flaunting flashy outfits, girls from the Cvjetni Square tried hard and it showed in the way they looked.

Whether this is thanks to money or something else, Cvjetni Square wins overwhelming victory for its abundance of style and elegance.

You cannot take a walk around the city wearing just ‘whatever’

As far as Tkalcic Street goes, the common stylistic element of this pedestrian area is that its ‘fashionistas’ seem to appreciate casual look and more relaxed attitude.    

However, it seems that most of the girls there just threw some random pieces of clothing onto their back without trying too hard or bothering with details.

It seems appropriate to stress that Tklacic Street has always been known as the area where one does not have to be fancy, but this does not mean that one should walk around the city just wearing ‘whatever’.

However, having in mind extremely cold weather and the fact that hardly anyone has any motivation for dressing up, we are ready forgive various fashion blunders. On the other hand, as soon as the weather warms up a little bit, we will expect the ‘fashionistas’to look their best only.
