Worshipped on the fashion scene, British designer Paul Smith presented his new perfume, Rose, last week. Paul Smith has launched his new perfume Rose at a lavish afternoon tea party in the privacy of his garden with a gazebo, an abundance of plants and full of singing birds.
Roses evoke the past so I wanted to reinvent the rose from the start, Smith said at the presentation of Rose last week.
One of the most popular British designers, Paul Smith found inspiration for his new fragrance in a special birthday gift from his wife Pauline, which is to say, in the specially bred rose called Sir Paul Smith.
Perfume maker Antoine Maisondieu blended the foundation of the exclusive rose with carefully selected aromas: Turkish rose oil, green tea, violet, magnolia, cedar and mild muscadine, writes Vogue.
Smith’s exquisite taste can be felt in the entire arrangement of the campaign for his new perfume and it is particulary evident in the perfume bottle, characterized by elements of modern classics: thick glass and art deco style stopper.
However, the designer’s biggest innovations in the new Rose perfume are the foundation obtained from the Sir Paul Smith flower and the new ScentTrek technology, used for blending the ingredients.
