Ivica Klaric was inspired by the British and French aristocracy, while Natasa Kos went to India for her inspiration.
Ivica Klaric is a Croatian designer who has presented his vision at Quelle Fashion.hr fashion manifestation for the fourth season. Denotations of the desinger`s great potential were expressed at the end of 1007, when Klaric designed the dress for Miss Croatia.
Invention of cuts, combined with quality materials and supreme performance brought him the inclination of the female audience, which welcomes his every new creation with delight. At the same time, he does not neglect the male part of the audience, as he has successfully proved that men can wear powerful colours and remain masculine.
Various textures of black, grey and sand with recognisable designer signature in the form of glaring colours (orange, yellow, red and blue) are woven through 24 garmnets as the base. Ivica Klaric`s 2009/2010 autumn/winter collection will be presented at the Fashion.hr manifestation on Saturday, Feburary 14 in Varazdin, Croatia.
Natasa Kos announced visiting India
After an exceptionally successful and praiseworthy 2008 spring/summer collection presented at last season`s Fashion.hr, young and talented designer Natasa Kos announced a new visit to India for her INDIAvantgarde collection.
The designer was inspired by the Kahtak traditional Indian dance, characterised by folklore costumes in glaring colours, enriched with golden jingle bells which provide the dancers with rhythm. The collection is dominated by unique dresses made of silk and cashmere in blue, green, red and golden tones, completed with leather coats and recognisable Indian accessories.
When asked whom the new collection was intended for, Natasa said:
- A woman who will find something in this collection is warm, sexy, loved, classy and loyal to tradition, but I don`t mead tradition as an idea of strictness. I mean tradition as an example of staying true to herself, her spirit and in touch with primal fashion which she adjusts to herself and her life pace –
