Petar Z., a 68-year-old man from Neoric was arrested for the sexual assault. He allegedly intercepted a 16-year-old at the intersection of the Zagreb Street and Marin Drzic Street in Split, where he grabbed her chest and her arm. He offered her 150 kunas in an attempt to solicit a sexual intercourse.
Attacked her on the way to Dardin
Frightened minor managed to break away from the old man and flee to her parents. They immediately called the police, who found Petar shortly theafter and brought him in for the criminal investigation.
It is assumed that Petar Z. attacked the minor on the way to Dardin where he planned to use services from the local prostitutes. He was released with sexual assault charges and will be allowed to defend himself from the freedom. He had no previous criminal record, 24sata reports.
