HNS presidential candidate Vesna Pusić reported today in Split that the presidential elections calendar (December 27th and January 10th) is poorly chosen given the fact we all know it's the Christmas time, New Year's Eve and the vacation and the citizens will mostly be outside the country.

- Beside myself, as the most prominent candidates in the second ballot I see Ivo Josipović and Nadan Vidošević, and no one can say whether Milan Bandić will join the race. Besides, no one could really tell if he's HDZ candidate - said Pusić.

She also added that the newly elected president should worry about the positioning the Croatia within the European Union. Pusić assumes Croatia is having the opportunity of becoming a regional precursor in the europeisation of the Western Balkan region. The new president will surely take a part in it.

Vesna Pusić's presidential campaign will be covered by the media, the internet and also in the direct communication with the citizens. She forsees to spend approximately four million kunas. Because of the times that Croatia still awaits, but mostly because of being too fed up by the politically issued skulduggery and the lies, Pusić says that the citizens should vote for her, and moreover it's of the utmost importance that the next either male or female president should be the person who has no notion of the corruption, or in any way is linked to the criminal milieu, criminal actions or organisations.
