“There are clues that the Croatian president Stjepan Mesic gave Boris Tadic in Sofia, materials linked to the danger the president of Serbia is in, which were discovered during the investigation of the murders of Ivo Pukanic and Niko Franjic” said Ratko Knezevic, a former insider of the Montenegrin Cabinet and cousin of premier Mile Djukanovic, for Blic.
He states that the crisis centre, which he presides in Stanko Subotic’s villa in Sveti Stefan, or the ‘Grand’ care bar in Pogorica, is considering how to stop possible talks between Slobodan Djurovic Kardinal with Croatian, or Sreten Jocic with Serbian prosecutors.
“Somebody in the cartel, out of arrogance, made a huge mistake thinking that Zagreb will become the same as Milosevic’s ‘lead’ Belgrade or Djukanovic’s Podgorica of the 1990s. A little ‘plate’ from the Peugeot scooter and status of protected witness have concerned the cartel very much” says Knezevic.
He added that even diplomatic channels are trying to influence the investigation on the murder of Pukanic and Franjic.
“Djukanovic is sending his godfather and man who was his ‘guru’ from the party days of Goran-Sit Rakocevic. As ambassador of Montenegro in Croatia, he had the task of ‘charming’ the Croatian executive authorities to give up on their investigation which undoubtedly led towards Podgorica and Budva” said Knezevic.
He added that he would not be surprised if Djukanovic offered Serbia to remove their recognition of Kosovo, only for him not the play around with his and Canet’s Mercedes.
