J.K.
ZAGREB, CROATIA – Only a few hours before icy rain started falling, which surely enraged all skiing fans, Zagreb citizens had the opportunity to enjoy night skiing at lit up Mount Sljeme.
Night skiing season was opened on Tuesday night. Everyone who rushed to the Red Slope, where
the world`s best skiers competed in the Snow Queen and King slalom races, just a week ago, were fortunate, because the skiing track was closed on Wednesday morning. Nobody thought icy rain and poor weather would cause alarm in Zagreb. Both the young and the elderly gathered at Sljeme near Zagreb to experience winter delights.
The only good news for skiers and snowboarders is the option that poor weather conditions will be put to an end, because the next night skiing hours are available on Thursday night, from 19 to 22 hours.
