Jocic hearing will be attended by the investigating judge from the Republic of Croatia, the Special Prosecutor and defendants.

Sreten Jocic, publicly known as Joca Amsterdam, will be heard twice during the next two days in the courtrooms of the Central Prison in Belgrade, Press reports. Jocic will examined by the Croatian special prosecutor and investigating judges for his connection with murders of Ivo Pukanic and Niko Franjic.

- As a part of the international legal aid, Jocic will testify before the investigating judge of the District Court in Belgrade. Jocic was charged with murder allegations in Pukanic case and is currently still one of the prime suspects. Hearing will be attended by the investigating judge from the Republic of Croatia's Government, the Special Prosecutor and defendants of Luka and Robert Matanic, Amir Mafalani, and Sloodan Durovic – Amesterdam’s attorney, Veljko Delibasic said.

Erna Drazancic to see Joca Amsterdam on Monday?

Jocic denies involvement with Ivo Pukanic’s murder, saying the entire case against him was framed. Jocic’s defense denied allegations that he supposedly negotiated entering the protected witness program.

The investigating judge of the Zagreb County Court forwarded the request to the Belgrade court asking to have Jocic as a witness in the trial against Matanic, Mafalani and Durovic.  Serbian prosecution followed their example and made a similar request in the case against the above mentioned quartet.

Jocic allegations charge him for organizing the criminal group that on October 23, 2008 killed Ivo Pukanic and his associate, Niko Franjic. Joca Amsterdam was arrested in April of this year in Dedinje mansion leased by the family of former Serbian President, Slobodan Milosevic. After testimony on Monday, Jocic’s trial will continue on Tuesday and it will examine his other allegations.

Paid 50.000 German marks for the murder

Jocic is charged for paying Miodrag Prodanovic and Bojan Milosavljevic 50.000 German Marks for the murder of Goran Marjanovic. He is also charged with murder allegations in the case of a man nicknamed ‘Duca’ in July, 1995.

Milosavljevic and Prodanovic were sentenced to 15 years in prison for their involvement with Marjanovic murder as well as their participation in the murder of his girlfriend, Marija Dordevic.
