ZAGREB, CROATIA - The Croatian president Stjepan Mesic has decided to start another series of pardons. This time he has chosen a former colleague of his from the HNS (Croatian People’s Party) Marko Pusic. Pusic, together with the former director of Croatia Bus, Leon Sulic, abused their positions and powers, and were sentenced to two years in prison, writes Dnevnik.hr.
Besides Pusic, Milan Ivanko was also pardoned, who together with Vlado Zec, brought the Pezega-Slavonska county into bankruptcy.
