The last incident occurred as Reese was exiting the Brentwood building when the two paparazzi started to fight over who would take her pictures. According to TMZ's writings, when the things became really rowdy, Reese called the police.

A source from the police revealed that Reese called the police saying that she was witnessing a fight. She said that she was ready to cooperate in the investigation and a possible trial.
