Madonna became a goddess in Malawi

Madonna enjoys a status of icon and big celebrity in Hollywood, but in Malawi, she is considered a deity. People there addressed her as goddess in her recent trip.

- You are our God, where we would be without you? - Said one of the Malawi residents.

- David is too small to understand what is happening, but we remember him as a little sickly boy. It is difficult to restrain tears when I now see him with Madonna - said the Malawi’s orphanage director.

Although rumors about Madonna’s possible marriage with her boyfriend Jesus have been circulating the media, she denied these claims in David Letterman’s show.

- Another marriage? I'd prefer to be run over by a train - said Madonna.
