After the German media named Nives Celzijus the first wife of all Bundesleague footballers, she and her husband Dino Drpic were named “the Croatian Beckhams”, adding that Nives was Sylvia van der Vaart`s heir, Nives said she is not thinking about overshadowing anyone, while Dino replied his wife was more beautiful that Victoria Beckham.

When Drpic`s club Karlsruhe lost to Bochum on Sunday, the German Bild paper wrote that 27-year-old Dino needn`t feel sad, because a former Playmate and beauty will be waiting for him at home, who will know how to comfort her husband, seeing how they boasted about making love on Maksimir stadium in Zagreb.

Fiery Nives` predecessor Sylvie van der Vaart, the wife of footballer Rafael, said that Nives was a spectacular addition to the Bundesleague and that Karlsruhe fans will not be the only ones who will be crazy about her.

Nives felt at home in Germany

The mother of Leon and Taisha, who is also a writer, said she felt at home in Germany and that she was flattered with the title of first footballer`s wife, but she does not wish to be compared with Sylvie.

- I`m not thinking about overshadowing, the comparison with Sylvie is a compliment, because she is beautiful - Nives told the Vecernji list daily.

Dino was a bit more open, he publically criticised the appearance of Victoria Beckham, elevating his wife:

- Everything is natural on my wife and this is more beautiful than the plastic Victoria Beckham has – Dino told the German Bild paper.
