Daniel Radcliffe’s world fame for his role in the “Harry Potter” films brought him problems in school. As he says, the other children often abused him, jealous of his success.
He revealed that he was not the most popular kid in school, because the kids took to bullying him, which was not easy to handle.
However, out of respect to the nice people who he filed “Harry Potter” with, he restrained himself from physical confrontations.
“Because I’d been on set with some really genuine witty people over the last few years, I could turn round to these idiots and try and tear them apart” said Radcliffe for Esquire.
He added that he was not quite Oscar Wilde at 14, but that he was good with words and in that way he managed to defend himself from provocations by his school colleagues.
