The 'Jerry Maguire' actor was seen at the Sundance Film Festival in Utah looking worse for wear and boasting about his stolen food, much to the amazement of onlookers.

One source told the New York Daily News newspaper: "He was wandering down Main Street with two shopping bags from 7-Eleven and a pizza box.

"He was screaming that he had stolen the pizza from someone and kept offering slices to random people on street. No one really wanted a slice," However, the 41-year-old star's representative denied the story.

"So I put the tape in, and there he was on the trampoline, doing backflips with his roller blades on, and a cast. I said, 'I got you on tape, man! That's' right! Because you know I love you and everything, but they aren't putting me in jail!' "
